Terms and conditions

1. Service Warranty against Termites.
2. Treatment efficacy may take 21–30 days after the service completion.
3. Warranty does not cover any existing or future damages caused by termites.
4. Warranty will not be applicable if severely damaged wooden structures are not replaced after the treatment.
5. Warranty is not applicable in cases of seepage, leakage, moisture issues, or water damage in the building.
6. Any structural modifications, drilling, renovation, or alterations carried out after the treatment may void the warranty.
7. Warranty visit charges of ₹400–₹600 are applicable for standard inspection, minor infestation, or localized retreatment visits.
8. During warranty visits, spot treatment will generally be carried out only in the affected areas identified by the technician. Full retreatment will be recommended only in cases of severe infestation, as repeated drilling and treatment within a short duration may affect walls, flooring, wooden structures, or other treated areas.

9. Re-Treatment Charges (If Applicable)
   In cases of repeated complaints, recurring infestation, or where complete re-treatment is recommended by the technician, a revised service charge may apply.

   Complete re-treatment services can be booked at 50% of the standard treatment price at the time of booking, subject to technician recommendation, property size, infestation level, site condition, and treatment scope

10. Complaints/service requests will be attended within 2-3 working days after the complaint is raised.
11. Complaint support is available from Monday to Saturday only.
